We will continue repair work on the bridge at LSHT mile 13 in the Kelly Section. We will also build a 13-foot walkway extension attached to the bridge and haul dirt fill for use at the bridge ends. Work includes measuring and cutting lumber, team lifting long timbers, using a power drill to install construction screws, and shoveling dirt fill. We will meet at the FSR 204B gate and park on 204B at the pipeline crossing. This is an all-day event, but volunteers may work any number of hours between 8:00 and 4:00.

Registration is required
No walkup volunteers can be accepted. All participants must have a Volunteer Service Agreement (VSA) approved by the USFS and in Club records. Volunteers should wear sturdy footwear, long pants, and light long-sleeved shirt. Bring ample water (hydration pack recommended), snacks, and insect repellent. Please bring leather work gloves and some form of eye protection (glasses, dark glasses). Hardhats required. Bring your own hardhat or we will have some spares. No pets.
